This Man was bitten by a dog with rabies disease and once he started barking like dog it means he cannot and will never survive and he can also bit his fellow human beings and transmit the same disease to them that is why he needs to be chained, we therefore want people who have not seen it before to see it for themselves and make sure that all dogs in their area are vaccinated.He has been in the hospital for two weeks receiving treatment.Below is the video:
